ADEC hosts the ninth week of the jumping league Amin and Al Mazmi lead the UAE's winners


Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club hosted the ninth week of the Emirates Longines Show Jumping Championship under the supervision of the Emirates Equestrian and Racing Federation and with the sponsorship of Longines as the biggest supporter of the sport in the country, This was the first time that the club hosts a jumping events this season, after a package of maintenance and modernization. 

ADEC hosted riders from all the equestrian clubs around the country to compete for the titles, for more experience and to get part of the awards with a total prize of (240) thousand dirhams. 

 

The events took place during the last Thursday and Friday, with tow class for the UAE riders, and qualifying classes for the Regional Group V of the International Equestrian Federation.

 

The winners were crowned by HE Major General Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, President of the UAE Equestrian and Racing Federation, and Mr. Kim Elliott, General Director of ADEC.

 

The UAEERF was represented by Hussam Zummit, The jury was chaired by Lisa Harib and the courses were designed by the International course designer Tidor Chetanov from Bulgaria.

 

 

20 riders participated in the first UAE riders class in special two phases and (135) cm height, the winner was the talented UAE rider Abdullah Ahmed Amin with electron from Al Shira'aa Stables.

 In the second UAE riders class among 18 competing riders, the young rider Said Mohammed Al Mazmi and the beautiful horse "commando" from Sharjah Equestrian Club won.

  

Two qualifying rounds were held for the children, junior and the young riders for the Regional Group V of the International Equestrian Federation final, Children at 110 cm height, juniors at 120 cm, and the young riders at 130 - 135 cm.
